Location: On-site  Industry: Insurance Employment Type: Full-time

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all operational zones

  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

  • Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions for staff

  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations

  • Maintain safety documentation and update emergency response plans

  • Collaborate with site managers to implement preventive safety measures

 

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial safety roles

  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred

  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

 

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 2,500 SAR – 3,500 SAR/month (based on experience)
