🔧 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all operational zones
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions for staff
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
Maintain safety documentation and update emergency response plans
Collaborate with site managers to implement preventive safety measures
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial safety roles
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: 2,500 SAR – 3,500 SAR/month (based on experience)
